Create or request a reservation under club booking rules. For a lesson, coordinate your aircraft booking with your approved instructor's schedule.

Review upcoming bookings and make permitted changes or cancellations from your account.
Before your flight
Check out the aircraft online
Use the online check-out or self-dispatch process for your reservation when enabled for your account. Review the aircraft status and complete the required departure information before flying.
After your flight
Check in after returning
Complete the online check-in when you return. Enter the required Hobbs and tach readings and flight details so the aircraft's usage record stays current.

Report discrepancies & squawks
Record aircraft discrepancies or squawks through the reporting tools available in your account, including during check-in. Describe what you observed so we can coordinate follow-up. Contact us directly about anything needing immediate attention.

Aircraft status & pilot records
The platform can display aircraft maintenance status and pilot documentation or qualification requirements when enabled for your account. Review the information available before your reservation.
