Advantage Aero LLC, doing business as Advantage Aero Club, receives the information you submit through this website. This includes your name, email address, phone number, inquiry topic, and message. Ferry quote requests also include departure and destination airports, aircraft registration, make and model, preferred timing, and inspection or airworthiness information.

The hosting and email services supporting the website may process technical information such as IP addresses, request timestamps, and delivery records. The form system uses a temporary security record derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to your request, discuss membership or training, prepare ferry quotes, arrange requested services, and maintain relevant administrative records. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

We do not sell the contact information submitted through this website.

Service providers & disclosure

The website is hosted through GoDaddy. Inquiry forms are processed on the hosting server and forwarded to the club’s email account. Hosting and email providers process information as needed to provide those services.

We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to address a request, protect rights, or investigate misuse. Information relevant to arranging requested services may be provided to the people involved in handling that request.

Retention, security & your requests

Inquiry information is retained for as long as needed to respond, provide requested services, maintain relevant business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the request and the resulting service relationship. Form rate-limit records are used for a 10-minute window. Stale records are removed when the forms process subsequent requests.

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted. We may need to verify your identity. Some information may need to be retained for legal or legitimate recordkeeping purposes; applicable rights and exceptions depend on the relevant law.

Please do not submit payment card details, passwords, medical records, or identity documents through the public inquiry forms. No internet transmission or storage method provides an absolute guarantee of security.

External services, cookies & member documents

The website links to Flight Schedule Pro for member scheduling and to external aviation resources. Google Drive may be used for restricted member document access. These services have their own privacy policies, account requirements, and data practices. Their account sign-in happens on their services.

The Cost Estimator calculates in your browser and does not submit or save the values you enter.

The current website files do not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts and do not set tracking cookies. Hosting services and external sites may use their own technical logs or cookies. This notice should be updated if website features or data practices change.

Access to restricted member documents is granted using an approved member email. Personal member records are handled separately from the common document library.
